Professional experience: Graduated from the State University of Sonora in 2013. He began working in 2012 at the Torres Gutierrez y Asociados S.C. in the accounting area. In 2014 he joined the Audit area. Since 2015, he is an Active Member of the Mexicali College of Public Accountants. Maintains contact with companies of different types, which covers the agricultural, commercial, and maquiladora industries, among others.

Professional experience: Joel is a certified public accountant and holds a Master's Degree in Tax Law. He has 24 years of audit and tax experience. He worked for two years as Tax Director at Promotora Mercantil S.A., in addition to work as a tax consultant. He is currently Managing Partner at Torres Gutiérrez y Asociados, S.C., now known as Russell Bedford Mexicali.
