Joel is a certified public accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law. He has 24 years of audit and tax experience. He worked for two years as Tax Director at Promotora Mercantil S.A., in addition to work as a tax consultant. He is currently Managing Partner at Torres Gutiérrez y Asociados, S.C., now known as Russell Bedford Mexicali.
